So excited to finally be able to post the images from Ben and Ashley’s wedding! These two live and work in New York, but came back to their roots in Houston for the wedding. Everything about this wedding was beautiful, with no small detail left behind. What set this wedding apart though, was a touching moment for Ashley’s grandparents, who were surprised by the song that was their first dance at their wedding, and given a chance to dance again together, after so many years of marriage. Special moments like that are why we love what we do, and we could not be happier for Ben and Ashley. Please enjoy looking through this selection of images from their big day!
Loving the colors in Catherine and Ricky’s engagement session! Shooting with them in and around downtown Houston was such a great experience, and created such a cool, fresh vibe for their set. Hope you guys love it!
Mike and Jane’s wedding was one that we’d been anxiously anticipating for nearly a year since we met to book it. Their engagement session was a blast, with a mix of locations, ideas, and technical skill. I loved the ideas, effort and planning that went into this wedding. They thought of every last detail, and it truly showed. Their reception at Kim Son was one of the most impressive we’ve had the privilege to be a part of, and we are proud to have captured the moments as they unfolded. Mike and Jane, your day was absolutely perfect, and we are so happy for you! Congratulations again, and we hope you love the images!
It was a great experience getting to know Oliver and Moni, two amazingly creative minds that are a perfect fit for each other. Their engagement session at Bastrop State Park was a fresh and new take on engagements that I had so much fun with. Their wedding was thoughtful, intimate and full of creative touches (all displays, invites, and more were made by the couple!). I highly suggest you check out more of their personal and collaborative work, it is truly inspiring.
Congratulations to Oliver and Moni!
I was so pumped to get to hang out with Teddy again! It had been exactly a year since we had our last session, and it was so great to catch up. He is such a funny kid, with awesome stories and jokes. It has been so cool to be a part of him growing up, which you can see in their previous sessions here, here, and here. Can’t wait until we can hang out again, Teddy!
We’ve been working closely with Ferrada wheels for their 2015 release of a brand new wheel line. Here is the first of many sessions, this one featuring an Infiniti G37 coupe on Ferrada’s 20″ FR3 wheels in a machine silver finish. Keep on the lookout for more soon!
It has been such a pleasure getting to know Michael and Esmeralda leading up to their wedding day, not just as clients, but as friends. Both of their engagement sessions were so much fun to photograph, with fresh new ideas and awesome scenery (Here and Here). The wedding day was no different, filled with great moments, including my favorite bridal party shot ever (see above).
You can also check out Esmeralda’s bridal session at Fill in the Blank Studios here!
Congratulations to you both, I’m so happy for you!
Pressing circumstances can sometimes lead to a beautiful thing, and being able to photograph Chris and Leslie’s wedding is a testament to just that. Only a few short weeks before their wedding, they were without a photographer. They found my website and reached out about last minute coverage. Their wedding happened to fall on an open weekend, and the rest is history! These two have such a warmth to them, making you feel like you’ve been friends already for a long time. We picked right up on the wedding day, getting some truly beautiful images that I am proud to now pass on to them.
Michael & Esmeralda met up with us for the second half of their engagements (Part 1 here), this time in downtown Houston! We loved the contrast from the previous set, and we couldn’t have asked for a better day to shoot. Can’t wait for the big day, coming soon!
