So happy to have been able to cover this very special wedding for my cousin Joe and his wife Lisa. I traveled up to Ohio to be with the family and photograph their intimate backyard wedding at Joe’s childhood home. Rain loomed in the forecast all day, but luckily held off until the very end, which was already far too late to dampen the already high spirits.

Joe and Lisa, I’m thrilled for you both – congratulations!

We traveled to Austin, Texas to meet with Ashley and Cody for their engagement session at Jester King Brewery and Historic Stagecoach Park in Buda. We were treated to a perfect sunset that evening, making for some nice warm, summery shots. We are so excited for their wedding coming up next February!

Summertime in Texas can be a trying time, so we were more than happy to head 45 minutes south to Galveston Island for Ashley and Brad’s summer engagement session! With spotty rain coming in and out seemingly every day, we were lucky enough to be treated to a beautiful pink and blue sunset that evening, which worked out so perfectly for photos on the beach near the Galveston Pleasure Pier. We can’t wait for Ashley and Brad’s wedding at Briscoe Manor, coming soon!

M&D

It’s officially summertime in Houston, and the weather has definitely made sure that we are well aware. However, Mary and David embraced the Houston heat for their colorful and creative engagement session a few weeks ago! We loved their idea of incorporating the tandem bicycle with the bright, poppy colors of one of the graffiti walls nearby to downtown Houston. It’s these unique ideas that make engagement sessions so much fun. We can’t wait for their wedding at Station 3 this December!

Matt and Jacklyn have been so much fun to hang out with since we met for our initial meeting. They have such fresh, fun ideas that turned out so well, as seen in their engagement and bridal sessions. So we knew that their wedding day was going to be something special, and we were not disappointed! They left nothing untouched, with every last detail meticulously planned, and it showed in how perfect their wedding day turned out. We are so proud to have been able to document their wedding day, and we hope you enjoy looking through the images. Congrats to Matt and Jacklyn!

Hallie and Joe’s wedding was so wonderful! Set at the beautiful Dobbin Station, they were treated with perfect weather for their intimate spring wedding. After the ceremony, the party started with a rip roaring dance floor, Aggie war hymn, and more. We had so much fun and couldn’t be happier for these two. Congratulations to Joe and  Hallie!

We met up with Katie at the Junior League of Houston for her bridal session in late April, just a few weeks before her wedding. We loved her engagement session with Scott and his beautifully restored Bronco! The Junior League of Houston was a great spot for bridals as well, with great natural light and an abundance of classy furniture. Keep an eye out for their wedding images, which will be coming soon in the following weeks!
