What a fun session! We met up with the Salinas family on a brisk winter day in Cypress, Texas. Alex, their little one, has such a great personality and was a blast to be around. They have another one on the way, due soon, so he will soon take his place as BIG BROTHER.

Congratulations in advance to the Salinas family, and thank you again!

One of the best things about being a wedding photographer is seeing the families progression from 2 into many more. It seems not so long ago that we were photographing Beth & Krys’ wedding day at Ashelynn Manor, and here we are now with them as they are about to welcome their first child, Maisie, into the family. We couldn’t be happier for you both, we’re so excited for you!

We met with the Butkus family near Rice University on a sunny fall afternoon to get some photos of their soon to be expanding family! We found out that just days later, on November 5th, they welcomed their new little girl into the family. We couldn’t be more excited for you both, and we can’t wait for a session with the little one.

Congratulations!

It wasn’t too long ago that we met Elizabeth, Eric, and Elizabeth’s family for a session near downtown Houston, so we were excited when they reached out about the big news – they were expecting! We met at a park near their house for a beautiful fall session, complete with their pups in tow. We hope you guys love the photos, and we are so excited for you and your new family. Congratulations again!

It seems not long ago that Stephen & Meghan were married under the starts at All Saints Catholic Church in the Heights. I had seen a little notification among all the other stories on Facebook that they were expecting a few months back, and was excited when I got an email from Stephen about setting up a maternity session for the (soon to be) three of them.

They wanted a few shots of their new nursery with the set, so I decided that starting the set at their house would be a great idea. They elected to not know the baby’s gender until birth, so they designed their nursery with soft, light, neutral colors that are great for either a boy or a girl. Beautiful natural light pours in through the two windows, creating such a peaceful environment that I was ready to take a nap! We used the nice, soft light for some great shots, then moved to a nearby park. We snuck the set in just in time, seeing as Meghan is due in just a few short weeks! read more
