One of the best things about being a wedding photographer is seeing the families progression from 2 into many more. It seems not so long ago that we were photographing Beth & Krys’ wedding day at Ashelynn Manor, and here we are now with them as they are about to welcome their first child, Maisie, into the family. We couldn’t be happier for you both, we’re so excited for you!
We were so excited to hear the news that Kimmie and Patrick, whose wedding we’ll never forget at Minute Maid Park, were expecting a little boy! We planned to meet up shortly after little Easton Ryan was born, finding the perfect spot in Sugar Land right as a touch of fall weather swept through Houston. What a handsome little guy, he had the bluest eyes I’ve seen! It’s always so great to see the couples that you’ve photographed turn into families – it’s a perk of the business.
We had the amazing opportunity to photograph our very first Renaissance Festival wedding this year! We were so excited when Jamie and Miguel reached out about the idea, it is always great to try something totally new and different. We’ve gone to RenFest every year for as long as I can remember and the atmosphere is so much fun – it is like being in a completely different world. Their wedding, complete with a carriage ride, armed guards, and an elephant, was a blast.
Enjoy the photos, and congratulations to Miguel and Jamie!
We met with the Butkus family near Rice University on a sunny fall afternoon to get some photos of their soon to be expanding family! We found out that just days later, on November 5th, they welcomed their new little girl into the family. We couldn’t be more excited for you both, and we can’t wait for a session with the little one.
It wasn’t too long ago that we met Elizabeth, Eric, and Elizabeth’s family for a session near downtown Houston, so we were excited when they reached out about the big news – they were expecting! We met at a park near their house for a beautiful fall session, complete with their pups in tow. We hope you guys love the photos, and we are so excited for you and your new family. Congratulations again!
It just happened to be perfect timing that we acquired a drone, the DJI Phantom 3, right before heading off to New Mexico. What a place to test it out! The scenery in and around Santa Fe never disappoints, and we had a great time flying the little drone around the amazing landscapes. Hope you enjoy the footage, make sure to watch in 4k!
What an amazing session! We always love it when other members of the family get to come on our sessions, and you can see why with Romeo and Luna. A full afternoon of perfect light sure doesn’t hurt either…
Enjoy the images, and congrats to Nora and Albert!
It was great to get back to the Arboretum for Carlos and Abriel’s engagement session this past month. Since the spring flooding, the Arboretum has gained back a good deal of vegetation, making it dense and green once again. It’s always fun to play with the different qualities of light within the space. Carlos and Abriel are so natural together, it make the session so much fun!
It’s so great to be able to see how much a couple loves each other, and it was written all over the smiles on Jenna & Todd’s faces the for the entirety of their wedding day. We had so much fun celebrating with these two and their families, capping it off with the magical shot you see above. Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your day guys, we are so happy for you!
