Ann and I met up just a few short days before her wedding at Holy Rosary Catholic Church and reception at The Bell Tower on 34th. We both anticipated a standard session, but we had so much fun, we stretched it out to nearly 3 hours while shooting. Ann is a natural in front of the camera, and it shows through in this set. If she ever should decide to part ways with her teaching career, she could pick up modeling easily!
The wedding went off perfectly, so I can now share the images from the set. Congrats to you both, and enjoy the photos!
I was looking forward to shooting at the Bell Tower on 34th street again for some time! It is a great location, with beautiful outdoor scenery, including a waterfall, Tuscan style gardens and archways. Shortly after arriving however, the sky turned a threatening shade of gray and thunder began to roll in. I quickly ran the groom and his groomsmen outside, just dodging the bride as she arrived from the hotel, to the side of the gardens to get a few shots before the rain began. The groomsmen were all happy to play along as I snapped away, mostly cat-calling the groom as I took his formal shots. With the bride safely put away, I dropped them back to their changing room and went to check on the bride.
