Macy and Kyle are just a great couple to be around. They’ve got an easygoing demeanor that has made getting to know them so much better. Their chemistry is apparent from a mile away, as you can see in their engagement set which we photographed last year. Being involved in the industry himself, Kyle was so accommodating, checking up on me regularly during the wedding and making sure I had everything I needed. He even was able to source some high grade lighting equipment for their after-dark wedding to help light the outdoor ceremony! He also showed other skills throughout the night, taking control of the DJ equipment to run his own wedding party – pretty impressive! I was excited for Macy after seeing her beautiful dress during her bridal set at Tuscan Courtyard, where we were treated to some amazingly soft golden light.
After a chilly ceremony we all packed back inside for the start of the reception, which started with a high energy entrance and pretty much stayed there for the entire night! It’s receptions like these that create some awesome moments to photograph, from crazy dance circles to even getting grandma on the floor in her wheelchair! Time flew by in a blur, and before I knew it, it was time for the newlyweds to make their grand exit into their new lives together. If the wedding is any indication of their future – I think they’ve got an exciting future ahead!
